Our equipments, Waste Tire Recycling Line, is mainly used for recycling waste tires and changing waste tires into usable rubber powder, fiber and steel scraps.

The raw materials required for the operation are various waste tires which its diameter is less than 1100mm, and the final product is 5-15mesh or 30-80mesh rubber granule, which is widely used for environmental protection rubber, floor mat, shoe sole, rubber tile, raceway, water-proof building material, highway, rubber products etc..
Our recycling line covers various species by production capacity, such as 200, 300, 500, 800, 1500, 2500, 3000, 5000, 10000tons per year. We can also manufacture the other species equipment according to your requirement.

Normally we should be provided with some necessary data from our customers such as maximum tire diameter, maximum tire width, expecting production capacity, size of final granule, usable power voltage/frequency(380V/50Hz or 420V/60Hz), which should all be considered in making quotation.
